Company Information Form

Thanks so much for your interest in working with the State of California! The State is proud to frequently partner with companies who develop new solutions that allow us to serve Californians better, and we’d love to learn more about how your product or service might help us do so.

We use this form to collect information on your organization so that we can clearly understand how your company might improve State operations. We review the submissions to this form at the end of each month and, where there might be a fit with challenges our Departments are facing, will follow up with you to introduce you to relevant Departmental staff. We can best represent you if the information you provide is straightforward and well-tailored to the State of California and the specific State use cases you see as relevant to your product.

This form should take 5-7 minutes to complete. If there is interest in learning more about your product or organization, someone will follow-up.
