Urgent requests

Urgent requests are those that need a message to be sent ASAP or within 48 hours. The following five agencies can make urgent requests: (1) Information Technology (2) Facilities (3) Emergency Services (4) Mayor's Office (5) Elected Officials Please DO NOT submit urgent requests through this form. Use this form for NON-URGENT requests only

Non-urgent requests require more than 48 hours notice and are those submitted a minimum of: (1) One week in advance (for agencies WITH communications staff) (2) Two weeks in advance (for agencies WITHOUT communications staff). EXCEPTION: Content for the eFlash (Tuesday morning emails) can be submitted three days in advance (i.e., by COB the Friday before). If your agency has communications staff, they will need to submit a request on your behalf. If you need help editing, please send content at least TWO WEEKS in advance. If you do not need editing, please send content ONE WEEK in advance. Requests submitted less than three days in advance will be declined.
