In accordance with Texas State Law SB 62, all entering or returning students under the age of 22 as of the university's first day of class must be immunized against bacterial meningitis. You must submit proof of bacterial meningitis MCV4 vaccination administered within the last 5 years. You may submit documentation from a doctor if you cannot take the vaccine for medical reasons or a notarized affidavit of conscientious objection prior to your orientation date.
