Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19

Nebraska Farm Bureau has taken preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, however, it cannot guarantee attendance at any event will be free from the risk of infection. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. I have read and understood the above warning concerning COVID-19. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by my attendance. I hereby forever release and waive my right to bring suit against Nebraska Farm Bureau and its officers, directors, managers, employees or other representatives in connection with exposure, infection and/or spread of COVID-19 related to attendance at a Nebraska Farm Bureau event. Your contact details will be shared with local public health authorities if any participant becomes ill with a suspected infectious disease.
