Privacy Statement This form is used to collect data on those who undertake Scouting in the Scout County of British Scouting Overseas and have not been a resident in the UK since the age of 10. This form allows the Scout Association to update Compass accordingly and to confirm that no UK Disclosure is required, although local checks will be required. It also provides confirmation that those who have been resident in the UK since the age of 10 are undertaking a UK Disclosure as well as any local checks, by the prescribed manner. Personal data will be added to Compass as part of the individual’s record and stored for up to 6 months to ensure that any local checks have been undertaken.
