At the 2/13/23 Business Committee Meeting the Business Committee agreed to ensure inclusion of the LEKT Tribal Community with a survey to increase participation in the naming process. It was agreed that 3 potential restaurant names be included in the survey and voted on by the LEKT community.

When voting, please consider the following: The chosen name becomes our brand, expressed in every area of operations from the logo, menu, to uniforms and dining room décor. Additionally, It reflects the food, service and the overall dining experience. The renaming is essential as it is pivotal to the identity and the image as it gives us a new opportunity to increase sales, marketability, and brand value to drive traffic and entice a wider demographic as a destination.

We will be offering a menu items such as; fresh local seafood and shellfish (tribal fisherman/fisherwoman provided); fresh produce and local ingredients ; hand pressed burgers that will vary from beef, bison, venison; salads; pasta dishes; and steak cuts from organic grass fed livestock directly from the ranch to the plate. We will have an array of deserts and appetizers to taste as well. We will be working with local native ingredients to incorporate into the dishes when available like; seaweed, nettles, elderberries, salmon berries, and cattail just to name a few.
