Retailer of the Year

Retailer of the Year is presented to a single retail location and will be scored on demonstrated excellence in seven areas, listed below. The successful entrant will be sure to include an overview of each area within their entry materials. Prototypes are not accepted and new brands are encouraged to enter after 2 - 3 years of successful operation.


The jury's score card will review:


  • Format Innovation
  • Technology/loyalty/payments
  • Product Range
  • People Development (HR)
  • Customer Service Initiatives
  • Financial Results/Performance
  • General Impression & Relevance
