Please complete this vendor information form so that we can prepare our expo village for the October 29, 2017 Thrive Half Marathon and 5K Run. Please choose from the 3 options below.
(1) 10x10 Booth Fee: $350
(2) 10X10 Booth Fee + Goody bag insert: $400
(3) Goody Bag insert ONLY: $150

Do you need to rent a tent/canopy?
A 10x10 canopy may be rented for $100. If providing your own canopy please note, nothing larger than 10x10 is permitted without additional permission.
Do you need an extra Table or Chairs?
One 8' table, 2 chairs, and 1 black linen is standard for each booth space.1 Extra Table and 2 Chairs are $20
Do you need power?
The cost for electricity is $50
Will you be Selling or Sampling product? If yes please describe, vendors will be responsible for their own health or sales permits.
