Programs Contractor Proposal

A separate Class Proposal is required for each class session you wish to teach. Submitting a Class Proposal does not guarantee that the class will automatically be approved. There is no exclusivity to instructors or the class they teach.

For new contractors, please include a CV with relevant experience in the uploads section.

Fees for Participants

This is the fee you wish to collect per participant, per entire class.

Example: $10 per participant, per class for a 4 week class would be $40 paid to the instructor.

Registration will be managed by the City of Southlake and all fees will be paid to the City for all classes. No classes will be offered without approval through the City and locations are not guaranteed.

Registration Agreement*

A contract will be emailed to you once classes have been approved by the Programs Supervisor. You will need to sign/approve the contract promptly in order to ensure your classes will be offered with the City of Southlake.
