Welcome to Active Cheshire's walk for World Mental Health Day (10/10/21). Numerous Mind North West Hub Mental Health, Sport & Physical Activity Network walks are taking place on the same day, at the same time across the North West. Walking and talking has several benfits on our physical and mental wellbeing. It encourages us to be more physically active for mental and physical reasons. It helps us get "unstuck" when confronting difficult issues. It spurs creative, deeper ways of thinking often released by mood-improving physical activity. - Improved Creativity. If you need to brainstorm multiple solutions to a problem, the benefits of walking meetings are clear. ... - Increased Productivity. All walks will take place on FRIDAY 8TH OCTOBER. Meet at 12:00 with wak starting at 12:15 for 30/45 minutes epending on the group's availability and ability.
