REBATE REQUIREMENTS

1. Only products on the Energy Star-Certified Product list for dishwashers, ice machines, steam cookers, and combination ovens with steam cooking functionality are eligible for this Rebate. EnergyStar.gov/ProductFinder.

2. The name on the Commercial Kitchen Rebate Application must be of an authorized customer associated with an active, non-residential Tacoma Water account.

HOW TO APPLY FOR A COMMERCIAL KITCHEN REBATE

1. Complete this Commercial Kitchen Rebate application.

2. Attach a copy of invoices or receipts documenting the purchase of an eligible Product or Products.

3.    To receive a copy of your application, check the “Send me a copy of my responses” box and provide your email address again.
