I understand I am ultimately responsible for finding a relet for my lease contract and ensuring it is approved including but not limited to: finding an individual that matches current unit preferences, following up with the office and relet regularly, etc.

I understand that I will pay a relet fee (will not exceed 85% of one month's rent) as well as pay any damages and final charges upon moving out.

I understand that surrendering keys prior to the relet being approved does not release me of my lease obligations.
