As a Shift Lead at Challenger Learning Center, you’ll be the go-to person for making every guest’s visit awesome! Lead your team to deliver stellar service, help to manage daily operations, and keep everything running smoothly.


You’ll handle cash, boost sales, and ensure our space is clean and safe. Plus, you’ll be setting strategies, coaching your crew, and working closely with management to keep things on track.
