AHLA Hardship Fund Application

The Hardship Fund program provides financial assistance to health law professionals experiencing temporary financial difficulty who will benefit from access to AHLA's membership and educational resources and networking opportunities.


All applications are reviewed confidentially by AHLA staff. Please complete all sections of this form to help us understand your situation and needs.

  2. I am experiencing a temporary financial hardship that makes it difficult for me to afford AHLA membership and/or educational programming.
  3. I understand that a hardship waiver is provided for one year of AHLA membership or registration for a single conference or live webinar.

What Happens Next?

After submitting your application:


  1. You will receive an email confirmation that your application has been received.
  2. AHLA staff will review your application within 7 business days.
  3. You will be notified of the decision via email.
  4. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to access your membership benefits and/or register for the conference or live webinar.
