Liability of Kit

As an exhibitor, you accept full responsibility for the safety of your products and kit from set up, throughout the show and during breakdown. I confirm that I have read the above terms and will abide by this at all times.

Unlicensed products*

Any retailer suspected of selling any unlicensed product(s) or counterfeit goods regardless of their supplier(s) will be removed from the show and given no refund. For more information please refer to the Trading Standards section of the Exhibitor Manual. I confirm that I have read the above and will abide by this at all times.

Photos/ Videos during set up*

As an exhibitor you agree not to publish, under any circumstances, any videos or photos during the set up period which include any part of another exhibitor's stand, movie or game title. I confirm that I have read the above and will abide by this at all times.

Show Hours*

As an exhibitor, you agree to be present for the full duration of the show, with at least one staff representative being at your stand at all times, from show open on Friday 25th October until close of show on Sunday 27th October. You will set up and break down within the listed times on the dates shown on the Event Timetable page of the manual. I confirm that I have read the above and will abide by this at all times.

Demonstration of Equipment

Will you be demonstrating any equipment on your stand? If yes, please detail briefly what below. Please note that stands with audio visual displays, demonstrations, or presentations will be limited to the duration and volume of any demo they want to make. All volume levels will be monitored onsite. Please note that any hands on demonstration of equipment, games or merchandise must also have a cleaning procedure in place to ensure touchpoints are cleaned between uses.
