Failure to Notify FENSA of a completed installation

Form to be completed by a Homeowner where a completed installation not been notified to FENSA.

Prior to completing this form, the Installer must be contacted directly to discuss the notification of the installation.

Where contact attempts have not been possible or have proved unsuccessful please proceed to complete this form.

 

By ticking this box you are agreeing for FENSA to contact the installer on your behalf. FENSA will share your details with the installer where required.

 

Installations more than 6 years old cannot be registered with FENSA. Please contact your Local Council to obtain a Building Regulations Certificate.
