Please complete and submit this form to request enrollment in the Clackamas ESD Public School Works (PSW) online substitute training system. Eff July 1, 2022 - substitutes no longer need to provide payment for enrollment. Simply complete this form and within a few business days you will receive an emailed notice confirming enrollment with instructions on accessing the training. Training is valid through June 30 of the school year in which you take it. You will also be able to instantly access many more courses to supplement your professional development hours for no additional charge. Questions?
