PREREQUISITE

Attendees must be able to upload a copy of one of the following to register for this course:

Current Part 107 Certificate or Certificate of Authorization (COA) for students operating under an agency's COA.

In addition to the Part 107 Certification/COA, students must meet the following prerequisite requirements:

Five (5) years of professional experience as a sworn law enforcement officer, or five (5) years of active military service;
Possess an advanced understanding of drone operations;
Be an effective communicator with a desire to instruct others;
Able to participate in strenuous physical activity;
Full-duty clearance; and
Be willing to sign the Drone Training waiver.
