Please use this form to request approval to take courses at a California Community College while you are an active student at CSUSB. The form should be submitted and approval received before you register at the community college. Please allow up to two weeks for processing.

Transfer course equivalencies are viewable on ASSIST.

The community colleges with the QTR notation in the drop-down menu are on the quarter system, so the units will transfer differently. A four-unit quarter course, for example, will transfer to CSUSB as 2.66 semester units.
