In 2008, Grameen Foundation launched its volunteer initiative Bankers without Borders® to attract talent and skills from the private sector and academia to help increase the scale, sustainability, and impact of social enterprises worldwide focused on alleviating global poverty.

Today, Bankers without Borders manages all volunteer consultancy, fellowship, and internship placements for Grameen Foundation. Grameen Foundation internships are tailored to align volunteers’ talents with the needs of our teams.
