CS Place Out Test Registration Form

The next session of Place Out Tests for Fall 2025 enrollment will be held from Tuesday, August 19, 2025 to Monday, September 1, 2025.

If you are interested in taking this test, please register by Sunday, August 31, 2025.


Please submit this form if you are interested in taking either the CS 1110 or CS 2100 Place Out Test.


Place Out Tests will be available starting seven (7) days prior to course registration, and then again one week prior to the beginning of the semester through the Monday of the second week of the semester.

Please note that passing the Place Out Test will not award you credit for the course, but will allow you to enroll in any courses requiring it as a prerequisite.

 
  • If you have already taken this Place Out Test, you are not permitted to take it again.
  • If you have taken CS 1110, 1111, 1112, or 1113, you are not permitted to take the CS 1110 Place Out Test.
  • If you have taken CS 2100, you are not permitted to take the CS 2100 Place Out Test.
