Lecture Hall Reservation Form

INSTRUCTIONS: 1- The lecture hall has advanced in AV technology. Before reserving the room you are STRONGLY recommended to complete the BCT AV training offered through POD. If a session is not available, please contact Event Services to inquire about training. The Business Division does not provide training on the AV equipment. 2-NO FOOD or DRINKS are allowed in the lecture hall! 3-Assistive listening receivers are available at the computer lab 77-2010 on a first come-first serve basis. The lab is open from: Mon.-Thur. 8AM to 8PM Fri. 8AM to 5PM Sat.-Sun.: CLOSED
