Thank you for taking time to nominate one of your peers for a position on the MPI-CAC Board of Directors. You may nominate as many people as you choose; however, only one nomination per form. Therefore, you will have to revisit the nominations process for every person and position.

After you submit your nomination, your nominee will receive an email congratulating them on their nomination with a link to complete a Board of Directors Application. If they do not complete their application form by May 2, 2025, they will not be considered for a board position. Board members must be a current member of MPI-CAC to serve on the board.
