Event Funding Request

The Clubs Committee will be meeting on a monthly basis during the regular school year to review club program initiatives. If you require funding for an event, please fill out this application at least 4 weeks prior. The Clubs Committee will review your request at the next monthly meeting and you will be notified by the Club Program Coordinator. Please contact the Club Program Coordinator if you have any questions about this process.

Things to remember

- Clubs can receive a MAXIMUM of $1000/event

- Clubs can receive a MAXIMUM of $2500/year

- Be as detailed as possible in the breakdown of how funds are being used

- Funding cannot be used for alcohol, executive only events, competitions or conferences
