This form will submit a new Site Plan Exemption Review. Do not use this option if you have already submitted a Site Plan Exemption application. Please ensure the following documents are submitted below:

1.) A completed Site Plan Exemption Request Form (PDF);

2.) An Owner’s Authorization Letter (PDF) from the property owner granting the applicant permission to file applications with the City on their behalf;

3.) A drawing that depicts the proposed work and is reasonably to scale (the type of visual required is project-dependent, an applicant may speak with a Zoning/Site Plan Reviewer to confirm requirements);

4.) A memorandum describing the scope of proposed work (optional).

This option will submit a response to a rejected Site Plan Exemption. Please ensure the following documents are submitted below:

1.) A completed Site Plan Exemption Request Form (PDF);

2.) A copy of the comment report or a memorandum that responds to each comment;

3.) An Owner’s Authorization Letter (PDF) from the property owner granting the applicant permission to file applications with the City on their behalf;

4.) A drawing that depicts the proposed work and is reasonably to scale (the type of visual required is project-dependent, an applicant may speak with a Zoning/Site Plan Reviewer to confirm requirements).
