Stepping-In for Respect is a bystander intervention training intended to cultivate a culture of respect and inclusion amongst colleagues and leaders, therefore having a positive impact on the workplace environment and healthcare delivery.
This session planning form is meant to be used by SoM Departments, Divisions or other groups who are planning to provide a Stepping-In training session for their faculty and/or staff. Submitting this form will alert the Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, who will help ensure that your facilitators have the needed resources to conduct the training.
Prior to completing this form, please coordinate with one of your department's trained facilitators to ensure availability for the planned session date.
