Placement Guide for CTE and Non-Transfer Degrees

This placement guide will allow you to self-place in the appropriate Math class at Hartnell College based on your major.


WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:


  1. High School GPA Range
  2. The last completed math class with a passing grade of an A, B, or C


If you are unsure of the high school information for your intended program of study, it is recommended that you meet with a counselor. For additional support with your placement please contact the Counseling Department at 831- 755-6820 or www.hartnell.edu/counseling
