For any Plumbing, Fire Alarm or Fire Suppression plan reviews you will need to make submission to the State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services.

If you are unsure of if you are applying to the correct community, many times US Postal mailing addresses don't always align to the community boundaries. To make sure here is the GIS link so you can verify that you are applying to the correct community. If your project is located outside of the Village of Mount Pleasant, then you will have to work with that community on what your process is to obtain plan review and approval.

If you are submitting revisions a previously non-approved plan set - please contact your plan reviewer directly and submit revisions appropriately. With the exception of the first submittal for each project for each type of review sought, you do not need to submit revisions in this fashion.
