Munday Library Event Space Request

Events that are a good fit for Munday Library engage the St. Edward's community in research, learning, creativity, discovery and collaboration.

Primary Contact

Please designate a primary contact for your event. Primary contacts are responsible for using space in accordance with Library and University policies and practices. They will also communicate the Libraries’ event space usage guidelines to all its event partners.

 
 
 

 

Logistics

 

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your event start time to set up furniture. To learn more read the FAQ, May I move around the furniture for my event?

 
 

Food is allowed in all Munday Library event spaces with advanced notice. Please remove all resulting trash and recycling.

 

Please note that Munday Library is unable to provide a screen or projector for hosted events. Please reach out to events@stedwards.edu for suggestions and alternatives. Read the FAQ What technology or presentation tools are available for events at Munday Library? to learn more.

 
 

Please note that Munday Library does not have a PA system.
