Munday Library Event Space Request - Retiring September 30, 2025

This form was retired on September 30, 2025. We love seeing our spaces used by so many groups from across campus—but demand has outgrown our small staff’s capacity. Campus Event Services now manages library event reservations and support.



  • Request LIBR 141 (the classroom located between LIBR 143 and the North Reading Room) using 25Live, accessible through MyHilltop. Event Services will handle requests for microphones, podiums, and furniture rearranging. Note: Brittney Johnson (bjohnso1@stedwards.edu) will continue to manage standard workweek reservations for LIBR 141 via email.
