ICSP Student Request Form

This form is for campus and community members looking to request an ICSP student for a presentation, panel discussion, performance, or other type of events. Please place the request at least 2 weeks in advance using your work email address. If it is an event with fixed time, please be specific about the time you are requesting our students to arrive, if different than the event start time.

Please be sure to include details of logistics when communicating with our students, including transportation if it's in person, and zoom information if it's virtual. If you are an off-campus facility but within walking distance from UO campus, you are expected to walk with our students from and back to campus.

Please understand that ICSP students are not able to prepare meals for a large audience. If you'll ask our students to cook a small portion, or to bring traditional snacks, please be specific about your expectations, and include budgeting/reimbursement details in your communications.
