In order to apply for the eClips Ireland End User Licence, please fill in the form below. By submitting this, you will be deemed to have read, understood, and agree to the Terms & Conditions.

If the Licensee wishes to undertake any copying not permitted by these Terms (nor by any other subsisting licence or applicable law), including but not limited to printing more than one paper copy of a Digital Cutting, it must first obtain an appropriate copyright licence from NLI.
