2024 Outstanding Community Impact Award

RSNA's inaugural Outstanding Community Impact Award will recognize and celebrate an individual in the radiologic sciences who has made exceptional contributions to patient care and health care delivery through service to the community.


Individuals interested in submitting a self-nomination must complete the form and include all required materials by the nomination deadline. Only current RSNA members will be considered. The award will be presented at the 2024 RSNA Annual Meeting.

Please describe in detail (up to 500 words) the measurable impact that was achieved through your service to the community (documentation of measurable impact will be requested later in the nomination form).

Please explain (up to 500 words) how the initiative(s) sustained itself beyond initial launch.

2) Documentation of measurable impact (Journal article, media describing program/project, case study, data related to patients served, provided testimony, etc.)
