Use this form to request HubSpot email blasts, DO orientation emails, copy for emails you'd like to send yourself, and Alchemer surveys. If requesting an email/survey sent by marketing, you must upload an email recipient list in this request.

Number of Business Days for Turnaround: 

• Standard or DO email – 3 
• Complex email or survey – 5

Please note: today is day 0, tomorrow is day 1, etc. Weekends and holidays do not count toward turnaround time.

Approval Process:

Marketing will send you a draft of your email/survey which you will need to approve or provide changes before it is sent.
