Per the University System of Georgia (USG) HRAP General Criteria for Employment Policy as well as the Georgia Tech General Work Rules Policy, any current employee charged with a crime (other than a minor traffic offense) shall report being charged with such crime to GTHR – Employee Relations department within 72 hours of becoming aware of such a charge. Additionally, any current employee convicted of a crime (other than a minor traffic offense) must report such conviction to GTHR – Employee Relations department within 24 hours of the conviction. The purpose of this intake form is to report a charge and/or conviction.
