Scheduling Confirmation Form

(Scout Project)

The following form must be completed and reviewed before a project end date can be solidified. Any questions that arise during completion of this form should be discussed with your Project Lead.

If the project will be incorporated in multiple locations please check all locations that apply


FF = Freetown Farm

GFG = Green Farmacy Garden


How long will the project take?*

For example, if your project is painting a mural, your steps may be:

  1. Fundraise for paint and paintbrushes by February
  2. Finish a draft of the mural by March
  3. Schedule the day of painting for May
  4. Etc, etc.
Where will you work on the project?*

Not all projects require substantial time physically spent at the farm. Where do you plan to spend your time working on the project?

If your project does not require tools simply write N/A in the textbox below.

Have you discussed electrical needs of your project with your Project Lead?*

If you have not considered electrical needs yet discuss this with your Project Lead first and then come back to this project plan.

Examples of building materials include but are not limited to lumber, mulch, logs, fence panels, fence posts, and concrete.

Some scout projects often have a large group accompany them when completing the project. If this does not apply to your project simply write N/A in the textbox below.

It is okay to just have an estimate! For example: May/June 2025
