Call for Poster Abstracts

Please provide the following information to submit your abstract for a chance to present your poster and be eligible for an oral presentation award. Information will appear online during the Leading Edge of Cancer Research Symposium hosted by MD Anderson exactly as you enter it here.


Follow the instructions below to submit your abstract.


Do not submit more than one time. If you need to make a change to your submission or have any questions, contact the planning committee at ResearchSymposium@mdanderson.org.


The submission process consists of the following steps:


  1. Provide accurate information about yourself and any co-authors.
  2. Read and accept the Submission Agreement below.


The deadline to submit your materials is Friday, October 20, 2023.


Open to trainees (PhD students and Postdocs) and instructors.


AWARDS: All posters will be presented on Thursday, November 16 and ten will be selected that day to present as FLASH talks (4 min. each with questions at the end) during lunch on Friday, November 17, please see our agenda here .


  • The "Best Oral Presentation" will be awarded $1,500,
  • 2nd place $1,000
  • 3rd place $500, and
  • 7 runners-up $250
