You will need an Austin Build + Connect ID (AB+C ID) to manage the application and pay the fees. You can find your Austin Build + Connect ID by logging into the AB+C Portal and navigating to My Profile. If you need to register for an account, please visit: https://abc.austintexas.gov/.

Please ensure the following documents are submitted:

1. A completed Development Compliance Letter (PDF);
2. A survey of the lot for which the letter is requested.
