City of Cambridge Workshop Application Form - Spring 2024

Thank you for your interest in the City of Cambridge Business Development Workshops! To register and participate in these workshops, you must complete this application form. These workshops are funded through Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Because of CDBG guidelines, we can offer these federally-funded activities free of charge only to eligible Cambridge participants. HUD requires us to obtain this information to determine program participants eligibility. The demographic information is collected for statistical reasons only and is kept strictly confidential. Registrations close 2 HOURS BEFORE the workshop begins.
