Are you a performer or artist? Whether you’re a band, singer, stilt walker, fire performer, or other type of artist, complete this form to register for upcoming events and showcase your talent.


Before you begin, ensure you have digital copies of your Public Liability Insurance (minimum $20,000,000).

Distribution of Information

Gympie Regional Council supports local community groups and event organisers to plan their events, including sharing contact details of performers with external event organisers for the purpose of their event.

Public Liability Insurance

All contractors are required to provide a digital copy of their Public Liability Insurance (PLI). The Certificate of Currency must be in the name of the applicant, noting Gympie Regional Council as an interested party and cover the scope of the activity. The level of cover must be a minimum of $20,000,000.
