Booth Function Guidelines:

• All food and beverages must be ordered through Sodexo Live!, the exclusive caterer of the Las Vegas Convention Center. To place a catering order, please visit the Exhibitor Resource Center
• All lighting in the exhibit hall goes to half power at 5:00 PM
• All in-booth events must end no later than 1 hour after show close
• If you are having an event that starts before the show opens, please keep in mind that exhibitor personnel must be badged and attendees must have a daily sticker to access the show floor. Contact expo@pmmi.org to request stickers for your event.
• All in-booth events must adhere to the PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025 Rules and Regulations: https://www.packexpolasvegas.com/download/rules-and-regulations

The last day to submit a booth function request form is August 18, 2025.
