Perf Studies Space Request Form

To ensure the best possible experience for your event or meeting, we kindly ask that all space requests be submitted at least 5 business days prior to your scheduled event. This allows us to accommodate your needs and ensure the space is prepared.


Below are the space capacities for our available locations:


Annie May Swift (110 Seminar Room): Up to 12 guests

Krause Studio / Black Box: Up to 45 guests
