Members of the public who wish to speak on any agenda item may register online up to 5:00 p.m. the day before the Council meeting. The public may also sign-up to speak prior to the meeting at the speaker’s registration table prior to the meeting. Individuals who registered to speak on a public hearing item will be allowed to speak for three (3) minutes. All agenda items, other than public hearings, must be addressed during the allocated (3) minutes.
