IMPORTANT DATES AND REVIEW PROCESS

A pre-enrollment form is required for anyone who would like to be considered for the Academy's 2023 cohort. Submission of a pre-enrollment form does not guarantee a position in the training academy, and there is no cost to pre-enroll. Course Directors will review pre-enrollment forms on a monthly, rolling basis, until the capacity of the program is reached.

CE Fee ($550.00)
Non-CE Fee ($350.00)
Group Rate: If 3 or more individuals from the same organization enroll and get accepted, group receives a 10% discount.
Lived Experience with request for financial assistance: TBA

CE credit will be available for physicians, physician assistants, nursing, social workers, and psychologists.

If you have worked as an educator in human trafficking, please include your years of experience training on human trafficking, as well as areas of expertise in training, for example labor trafficking. Please include any recognition that you have received as a human trafficking educator. Please do not submit your Curriculum Vitae/Resume. (Less than 500 words)

Briefly describe your goals for attending this academy (Less than 300 words).

Note of Support*

Notes of support should outline the writer's knowledge of the applicant, as well as explicitly describe the qualifications of the applicant as an educator who seeks to train clinicians on human trafficking. Notes of support can be from a friend, colleague, mentor, or supervisor. (Less than 500 words)
