Phase 1a Request for Vaccination in Portland Metro Region

Due to limited supply of vaccines, this survey is now closed. More than 60,000 people filled out our survey, and more than 11,000 people eligible in 1A have been sent invitations to get a vaccine, but because of limited supply it may take several weeks before everyone who qualifies in the Governor’s 1A priority group to be vaccinated. We know this is frustrating, we share your frustration and ask for your patience as the counties work with health systems and the Oregon Health Authority to make more vaccine appointments available when the state has more supply. If you have already scheduled an appointment, you don’t need to do anything else. If you have not scheduled an appointment, please go to the Oregon Health Authority’s vaccine eligibility tool where you will be asked some questions and connected to a scheduling system. https://covidvaccine.oregon.gov/ Scroll down to Vaccine Eligibility & FAQ Tool and click on the “Let’s get started” button, or use the pop up window in the lower right corner of the page. Please be aware that even though you might be eligible, you may not get an appointment for several weeks. The scheduling system can only handle 1,000 people at a time, so you may have to try back several times and once appointments are full for the week you will have to try again the next week.
