Our operating system is not synced with UT records, which means it does not allow multiple instructors or TAs to automatically be assigned to courses in our database.

Only the primary instructor will be notified about/have access to the accommodation letters in their Instructor Portal. If an additional instructor or TA needs to be added to a course, this form should be completed.

Please note that TAs are only added on a case-by-case basis.
