This form counts as your RSVP. Please do not RSVP using any other form provided on the EAS webpage. a) Submission Deadline: Wed. Jan. 29, 2020, 12am - i.e. midnight. b) Cancellation Deadline: Fri. Jan. 31, 2020, 4pm. c) Posters: Landscape, width 46” x height 35” d) Students must: * Arrive by 4:15pm to mount posters. * Stay for the entire lecture; if absent, prizes will be given to the next student ranked. * Dismount posters at 8pm when the lecture is over. 1st Place: $800 2nd Place: $600 each for 2 winners 3rd Place: $300 each for 2 winners
