WRAP Eligibility Screening

Welcome to Macomb Community Action's online WRAP eligibility screening. WRAP assists with water bills. Minor home water plumbing repairs and conservation services may also be provided. Program qualifications include:

  • Household income below 200% of the Federal poverty level
  • Household must have income
  • Proof you live in a WRAP community
  • Proof the applicant is responsible for paying the water bill
  • Applicant is required to stay current on the water bill once in WRAP


Please complete this form to be screened for eligibility for WRAP. You will be contacted by someone from our team who will review your information, collect additional required information and documents, and let you know if your application is accepted for enrollment in WRAP.

 
 
 
 

You can answer yes if:

  • The water bill has your name on it OR
  • You own your home and your water bill is your home address OR
  • You rent your home and your lease states you are responsible for paying the water bill


If you are unable to answer Yes to this question, you are not eligible for WRAP.
