WRAP Eligibility Screening

Welcome to Macomb Community Action's online WRAP eligibility screening. WRAP assists with water bills. Minor home water plumbing repairs and conservation services may also be provided. Program qualifications include:

Household income below 200% of the Federal poverty level
Household must have income
Proof you live in a WRAP community
Proof the applicant is responsible for paying the water bill
Applicant is required to stay current on the water bill once in WRAP

How much is your total current household monthly income? PLEASE NOTE: Your household must show proof of all household income. Households with no income are not able to enroll in WRAP.*

Please include all types of income from all household members. This includes all wages, Social Security, pensions, child or spousal support, and any other income.

A copy of your current ID
A copy of your most recent water bill
Copies of income documents from everyone in the household and all sources of income (last 30 days)
A copy of your FAP/FIP/SER from MDHHS (if you receive those benefits)
A copy of your lease (if you are a renter)
You do not have to upload Social Security numbers or cards, however our staff will confirm Social Security numbers with you over the phone at the time your application is reviewed.
