2023/24 Tournament Sanctioning Application

All tournaments, friendlies and competitions must be sanctioned. This includes summer tournaments, mid-week competitions and charity games.

This application form enables OFA affiliated clubs and or leagues to apply for a tournament, festival or match sanction.

The cost of sanctioning an event is £5 which will be invoiced once an application has been successful.
