PCard Cardholder Employee Agreement

The purchasing card represents the county’s trust in you to purchase on behalf of county business needs. Please review and confirm your commitment as a Salt Lake County cardholder to comply with the requirements and the responsibilities outlined in this agreement.


In 2022 a new requirement for all cardholders to sign a new cardholder employee agreement annually was incorporated into Countywide Policy 7035. Failure to complete this agreement may result in your PCard being suspended.
