Please use this form to request a no-cost extension for a VPDoR internal grant.

Having funds leftover is not a justifiable reason for requesting an extension. A no-cost extension may be requested for programmatic reasons to complete the original scope of work.

Requests require approval from the Director of Research Development in VPDoR. You may be contacted for a consultation if additional information is needed.
